1. Who can make a reservation?
Current CSUDH students, registered student organizations, campus departments, alumni, faculty and off-campus community members.
2. How do I plan an event?
Fill out an event planner form and submit via email or walk in to Reservations and Event Services.
3. What spaces can I reserve?
Palm courtyard, ballroom A,B,C separately or combined, meeting rooms, terrace top, East walkway, game room, DH Sports, 1910 Cafe & Lounge and pre-function space.
4. How do I reserve space(s) other than those listed above?
If you wish to reserve a space within the University but outside of the Loker Student Union, contact Vernesta Johnson in Facilities Scheduling at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (310) 243-2231.
5. Am I able to bring food from outside?
If you are a current CSUDH student, registered student organization, or campus department, you will need to contact Campus Dining Services at (310) 243-3814 to make such a request. If you are an off-campus community member, you must use Campus Dining Catering.
