Includes Financial support only.
Funding Up to $2,000 per academic year
($1,000 max per event)
Ideal For Groups with a fully planned event looking to enhance impact.

Sustainability Efforts

The Loker Student Union is constantly trying to implement and coordinate environmentally friendly efforts. These are some of our sustainability initiatives.

  • Automatic flushers in all urinals and toilets
  • Automatic soap dispensers in all restrooms
  • Recycling bin for cardboard boxes
  • Recycling containers for bottles and cans throughout the building
  • Reclaimed water irrigation throughout LSU landscape areas
  • Filtered water bottle filling station
  • Hand dryers in all restrooms
  • Natural light in many areas of the facility
  • Motion sensors light switches in all office areas
  • LED lighting in public spaces & Ballrooms
