Eligibility & ID Requirements
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Bring a government-issued ID on the day of the event.
No valid ID = ticket refund and trip cancellation. No exceptions.
What to Expect
Join the Loker Student Union, Inc. for a magical day hopping between Disneyland and California Adventure with fellow Toros!
How to Get a Ticket
- One ticket per student, available exclusively on the LSU website.
- First come, first served.
- Complete all registration questions and finish checkout to secure your spot.
- Important: Attempts to buy extra tickets (same name or different payment) are prohibited.
Non-student and duplicate orders will be canceled and refunded.
After You Order
- Your order status will show “processing” until an LSU staff member verifies your registration form.
Once verified, it will be marked “complete.” - Park Hopper tickets are distributed on the day of the event—not before.
Transportation
- Provided free of charge and required for all participants.
No exceptions.
Risks & Acknowledgment
Participation involves risks including (but not limited to) accidents, incidental mishaps, personal injury or death, acts of nature/God, and illegal acts of others.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Eligibility
- To be considered for a refund, students/guests must cancel by XXX.
- Requests submitted after the last day of ticket sales will be reviewed but are not guaranteed.
How refunds are issued
- Approved refunds are returned to the original form of payment.
What isn’t refundable
- Unused trip features are non-refundable.
- No-shows forfeit the entire payment.
Trip cancellations by LSU
- Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation.
- Loker Student Union, Inc. (LSU) reserves the right to cancel a scheduled trip and fully refund affected participants, while making every effort to maintain the advertised trip experience.
How to request a refund
Email a formal request that includes:
- Student ID number
- Proof of trip purchase (receipt)
- Detailed explanation

Processing and follow-up
- Refund requests will be processed as quickly as possible, including eligibility checks.
- If you do not receive a reply within ten (10) business days, contact the Activities Office immediately at LSUactivities@csudh.edu or 310-243-2640 (office).
Duplicate orders
- Duplicate orders will be canceled and refunded.
