Prize Details

• Limit one win per student.
• Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• A valid CSUDH ID required at time of prize pick-up.
• Winners must complete/sign a Prize Redemption Form at time of prize pick-up.
• The winner is responsible for payment of all taxes on the prize and for any other expenses not specifically described herein.

Eligibility

The following persons are eligible to enter the drawing:

• Currently enrolled CSUDH students.

The following persons are not eligible to enter drawing:

• Loker Student Union Board of Director Members.
• Loker Student Union employees.

Selection and Notification of Winner

The Loker Student Union will determine the winners and will issue final decisions on all matters relating to this contest.
Contest winners will be notified/announced by 12:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2024. If a prize remains unclaimed by Friday, April 12, 2024, after a winner has been notified, or if a winner fails to properly sign and return all forms described herein, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

By participating in the contest, entrants hereby grant the Loker Student Union, Inc. rights to edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, or dispose of any proper names, likenesses, photographs, and/or city/states without further consideration or payment.
